Born in Mumbai, India, Late Nazir Ajmal, the youngest son of Late Haji Ajmal Ali, followed in his father’s footsteps to develop the flourishing family business. He played a dual role of a Chief Operating Officer as well as the Chief Perfumer in the family business. After learning the ropes of the family business in India, Late Nazir Ajmal moved to Dubai, where he took charge of the Ajmal Perfumes Retail Operations. There, he concentrated his efforts on creating Arabic fragrances made from natural and synthetic ingredients. During this, he had established deep-rooted professional relationships with some of the finest perfumers and fragrance houses in Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland.
